To the north of Highway 114 in Southlake, off of Dove Road, is the master-planned neighborhood of Estes Park. The neighborhood has 15 acres of green space, including a private lake, and there are 2.5 miles of jogging routes around the area. A short walk over Dove Road will take you to Liberty Park in Southlake.
120 half-acre lots, primarily forested, were set aside on the east side of Estes Park for high-end home builders who specialized in Old World-style residences.
