120 half-acre lots, primarily forested, were set aside on the east side of Estes Park for high-end home builders who specialized in Old World-style residences. Toll Brothers purchased the remaining 58 one-acre lots and completed the development. There are both smaller and larger homes in the area, although most of the residences fall within the range of 4000–6500 square feet. Construction on the vast majority of these houses peaked between 2005 and 2011.
